Bronze Medal honoring to Buenos Aires N º 141/300 Done by the Italo-Argentine sculptor Antonio pujia In the back it contains a poem about `La Boca´, By Raul Gonzalez Tuñon Antonio Pujia He was born in Polia, Italy, the 11 of June of 1929. In 1956 he acquired the Argentine citizenship. He resides in the country, from 1937. He studied with the teachers Troiano Troiani, Alfredo Bugatti and Jose Fioravanti. The National School of Beautiful Arts “Prilidiano Pueyrredón”, conferred the title to him of Professor Nacional de Dibujo, and the Superior National School of Beautiful Arts, “Ernesto of the Cárcova”, granted the one to him of Professor of Sculpture. This period of studies included from 1943 to 1954. It exerted teaching, having to his position the sculpture chairs, in the National Schools of Beautiful Arts “Prilidiano Puerredón” and “Manuel Belgrano”. Also it was dedicated to private education and it was in such founding concept of the “School Factory of Sculptures”, that it worked from 1970 to 1975. Ex--educational of the Superior School of Beautiful Arts “Ernesto of the Cárcova”. He was escultor-theatrical designer in the Theater Columbus of Buenos Aires, from 1956 to 1970. President of the Association of Artists Awarded Argentine from 1993 to 1996. Raul González Tuñón He was born in Buenos Aires, in 1905, and died in the same city, 1974. Poet, journalist, traveller. As of 1922 he begins to publish his first verses in magazines of the time: “Initial”, “Prow”, “Martin Iron”. It shared with the formal group of Florida, experiments, and with the one of Boedo, the social preoccupation, that was being accentuated with time.
