WHAT CAN I BUY?

Any of the items which appear in our catalogue. Items on sale belong to thousands of sellers, not to todocoleccion.net.

HOW DO I BUY?

If the item is on DIRECT SALE, use the shopping basket. Add all the items you are interested in and, once full, click on BUY NOW. To be able to buy you need to be registered as a user with todocoleccion.net. If the item is on AUCTION, you will have to bid for it, and be prepared in case someone else beats your bid. When the auction finishes we will advice you if you have succeeded in your bid, and then can contact the seller to complete the sale.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

If the item is on DIRECT SALE, the price is indicated in EUROS in the catalogue. If the item is on AUCTION, the price is set by the bidders. The final price will be the highest bid. With both DIRECT SALE and AUCTION item prices, you will have to add any handling and shipping costs that the seller establishes. These costs can be seen together with the item description before buying or bidding.

WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?

This depends on the payment method you choose. The majority of sellers who have items on sale in our catalogue accept payment on delivery, bank transfers or credit cards. Once the sale is completed, you will have to negotiate how and when to pay with the seller.

CAN I RETURN THE ITEM?

Of course, if you believe that the item received does not match its description, you can contact the seller and you will be able to return it in the time limit established by law.
