Todo es metálico, de chapa. El semimeridiano está graduado y también es metálico. Es de los años 30,  ya que en China aparece la ciudad de Peiping, que fue sustituida por Pekín en 1928. Buen estado general, pequeñas manchas que apenas se ven.
