ITEM ORIGINAL TITLE: ESPAÑA - ORDEN DE SAN FERNANDO (CRUZ DE 3ª CLASE) - BORDADA EN TELA

BORDADA EN TELA. FABRICACIÓN RECIENTE. DISEÑO DE LA EPOCA DE ISABEL II.

El ingreso en la Real y Militar Orden de San Fernando, creada el 31 de agosto de 1811, durante la Guerra de la Independencia, tiene por objeto honrar el valor heroico, como virtud que, con abnegación, induce a acometer acciones excepcionales o extraordinarias, individuales o colectivas, siempre en servicio y beneficio de España. Dichas acciones tendrán tal consideración cuando se produzcan durante intervenciones de sus Fuerzas Armadas, o cuando éstas participen en misiones de fuerzas multinacionales, bajo mandato de organizaciones internacionales o alianzas de las que España forme parte. Desde su creación las recompensas de la Orden han experimentado numerosos cambios, en grados, categorías y modelos. Las recompensas que actualmente integran la Orden son la Gran Cruz Laureada, la Cruz Laureada, la Laureada Colectiva, la Medalla Militar Individual y la Medalla Militar Colectiva.

La historia refleja que, en 1808, España estaba en guerra contra las tropas francesas, que la habían ocupado casi totalmente. El órgano rector del país, en ausencia del Rey Fernando VII, preso en Bayona, era la Junta Suprema Gubernativa del Reino, formada por representantes de todo el territorio de la Corona, incluidas las islas y las posesiones americanas. El diputado por Buenos Aires, don Luis de Velasco y Gamberos, fue el primer promotor de una nueva Orden cuyo objetivo era premiar el valor militar en su más alta expresión, un galardón muy necesario en la contienda contra el ejército entonces más poderoso de Europa. Esta Orden fue la de San Fernando, destinada a “excitar el noble amor patriótico” y bautizada con el nombre del nuevo monarca preso en Francia.

* SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs will always be of 4 euros for Spain, 5 euros for others european countries, or 7 euros for others continents, for any weight or size package, and for any number of items buyed.

* PAYMENT: International payment must be done in a non negotiable maximun period of FIFTEEN DAYS, by bank transfer to the IBAN/SWIFT account number that will be sent to the buyer just after the items purchase (PAYPAL is possible only for foreign buyers, but adding a 5% to the total). After this period the sale will be cancelled, the unpayment will be notificated to Todocoleccion (to recover comission fees charged), the buyer will receive a negative vote and blocked for other purchases, and the item will be listed again.

* SENDINGS: Items will be sent, always after payment reception, by REGISTERED MAIL, at buyer´s risk, to the postal address indicated by himself or declared at Todocoleccion. CASH ON DELIVERY POSTAL OPTIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Items will not be sent to countries where its trade would be forbiden or restricted (some european countries for Third Reich period articles, and the USA for its own military medals).
