Establecida por Orden Ejecutiva del Presidente Gerald R. Ford de 19 de enero de 1977, con efectos retroactivos desde el 1 de abril de 1975. Se otorga, desde esta fecha, a aquellos miembros de las Fuerzas Armadas de los Estados Unidos que hayan participado o participen, de forma individual, como componentes de una Unidad militar, o formando parte de la tripulación de un buque o aeronave, en operaciones no específicamente militares, programadas o circunstanciales, que revistan un carácter esencialmente humanitario, tales como la asistencia, en territorio nacional o en el extranjero, a los afectados por desastres naturales, el socorro de un área devastada, la evacuación de personas de un área amenazada por una fuerza hostil, el apoyo y reasentamiento de refugiados, etc.

* I am a collector, not a dealer, so the item you will received will be THE SAME that you can see in the photos, and is being sold as its collector´s interest and for historical investigations, NOT to make any ideological exaltation, neither to political affairs of any kind.

* ORIGINALITY: All items are honestly described and sold, and always are ORIGINALS, except if they are included in reproductions category and described including the words "COPY" or "REPRODUCTION".

* SHIPPING COSTS: Shipping costs will always be of 4 euros for Spain, 5 euros for others european countries, or 7 euros for others continents, for any weight or size package, and for any number of items buyed.

* PAYMENT: International payment must be done in a non negotiable maximun period of FIFTEEN DAYS, by bank transfer to the IBAN/SWIFT account number that will be sent to the buyer just after the items purchase (PAYPAL is possible only for foreign buyers, but adding a 5% to the total). After this period the sale will be cancelled, the unpayment will be notificated to Todocoleccion (to recover comission fees charged), the buyer will receive a negative vote and blocked for other purchases, and the item will be listed again.

* SENDINGS: Items will be sent, always after payment reception, by REGISTERED MAIL, at buyer´s risk, to the postal address indicated by himself or declared at Todocoleccion. CASH ON DELIVERY POSTAL OPTIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Items will not be sent to countries where its trade would be forbiden or restricted (some european countries for Third Reich period articles, and the USA for its own military medals). Please, be careful with your country regulations about this matter.
