The side ear lugs and back panel of the cap are held in the upright position by dual, grey tie tapes. The fold down side panels also have a small thread loop to the right side with a corresponding, molded, grey, metal button to the left side for a secure closure. The cap has no insignias at front. The interior of the cap is fully lined in grey drill material with an internal padding. The interior lining is well marked blue inkstamps. The cap shows more or less no age and have just slight staining inside, can only have been used a couple times
