- is the fifth studio album by the Canadian rock band Bachman-Turner Overdrive (BTO), released on December 1975. This album showcases BTO’s signature hard rock sound, combined with more refined production and songwriting.

It includes one of the band's most beloved tracks, "Take It Like a Man", which features a memorable piano solo by Little Richard, adding a unique flair to the band's heavy rock sound.
