A Really Hard To Find Live Release

The bootleg "White Summer" (and its variant Another White Summer) features a recording from the Playhouse Theatre in London, broadcast on the BBC’s “In Concert” series on June 27, 1969. Notably, “White Summer” appears combined with “Black Mountain Side” in these recordings, all sourced from a soundboard broadcast.

Many fans and collectors consider White Summer and Another White Summer among the best-sounding early bootlegs, lauding the clarity and balance—which was quite rare in that era’s bootleg scene.

Track B3 is alleged to be a recording of Robert Plant with his son Karac.

But these LPs capture the live feeling with all the extra noises like no other releases and are real collector's items
