The LP title "Get Back" was never officially released – the official album became "Let It Be," released in May 1970 on Apple Records (PCS).

The suggested recording plan, "Get Back, featuring Let It Be and 11 other songs," was allegedly the working title for the originally planned album, which was later scrapped in favor of "Let It Be."

The bootleg is sometimes also distributed under the Tonto Records label with the same catalog number (TO643) and similar packaging; only here, some copies have a report by Mal Evans.
