- Encuadernado cosido de muy buena ejecución, con cortes guillotinados, sin tratar, de la Segunda Mitad del S. XX.

- El Texto y las Ilustraciones en Impresión monocolor en negro, muy bien de tinta, con buena estampación, bien centrado y con buenos márgenes.

- Libro impreso sobre papel blanco ahuesado, de espesor medio y buena calidad.

- Cubiertas duras de pleno plástico editorial marrón, y lomo de pleno plástico editorial marrón, de buena calidad. Algunas rozaduras.

- La Cubierta tiene estampado en dorado “Patología de la Construcción. Detalles Constructivos. Friedrich Eichler. Blume/Labor”.

Conservación y desperfectos:

- Estado General: Muy Bueno.

- Encuadernado cosido en un estado muy bueno.

- Cortes muy bien conservados, con algo de suciedad y mínimas rozaduras.

- Las páginas del Texto están en buen estado, no teniendo roturas o manchas

- Las puntas están levemente deterioradas con ligeros pliegues y doblados.

- El libro no ha sufrido agresiones externas como humedad, ataques de insectos, roedores, etc.

- La sobrecubierta tiene deterioro general en sus bordes y suciedad.

- El Libro presenta el desgaste propio de su tiempo.

Comentarios:

- Tanto las Medidas, como el Peso, son aproximados.

- Para realizar las fotos de las Páginas Interiores, éstas se han sujetado con pinzas.

- Debido a que es inevitable las diferencias de tonalidades entre fotos y realidad, se debe tener presente que los tonos de los colores de las fotos no son exactamente iguales a los tonos de los colores reales.

- The book is printed on white paper with a medium thickness and good quality.

- Hard covers of full brown editorial plastic, and spine of full brown editorial plastic, of good quality. Some scratches.

- The cover is gold stamped "Patología de la Construcción. Construction Details. Friedrich Eichler. Blume/Labor".

- Illustrated paper cover, glossy finished in its external face, printed with similar terms as the cover and spine.

Conservation and damage:

- General condition: Very good.

- Sewn binding in a very good state.

- Cuts very well preserved, with some dirt and minimum scratches.

- The pages of the text are in good condition, not having breaks or stains

- The tips are slightly deteriorated with slight folding and bending.

- The book has not suffered any external aggressions such as humidity, insect or rodent attacks, etc.

- The dust cover has general deterioration on its edges and dirt.

- The book shows the wear and tear typical of its time.

Comments:

- Both the measurements and the weight are approximate.

- To make the photos of the Interior Pages, these have been fixed with clamps.

- Because it is inevitable the differences of tonalities between photos and reality, you must have in mind that the tones of the colours of the photos are not exactly equal to the tones of the real colours.
